Today, Monday, October 4, is the last day for Georgians to register to vote or update their voter registration before November’s municipal elections across the state.

Georgia Democrats urge all Georgians to visit My Voter Page at mvp.sos.ga.gov to register to vote, or to update their voter registration information if they have changed their address or legal name since last voting. Georgians can also call the Voter Protection Hotline at 1-888-730-5816 for assistance.

Georgians can register to vote or update their voter registration online, by mail, or at their county registrar’s office.

“There is so much at stake in Georgia’s upcoming November municipal elections, and we need everyone’s voice heard,” said Congresswoman Nikema Williams, Chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia. “Though Georgia has an impressive 95% voter registration rate, there are still thousands of eligible Georgians who are not yet registered to vote, and many who need to update their registration. We encourage all Georgians to check their registration status today and then make a plan to vote in November.”
