The Democratic National Convention will take place in Chicago, August 19-22, 2024

Want to be a Delegate? You may now complete the FORM to express your intent to run for Delegate! There are three ways to submit the form:

1. PREFERRED: Complete the form online HERE.

OR

2.  Download the form HERE. Complete the form and email your completed form to [email protected] 

OR

3.  Download the form HERE. Print and complete the form, then send via postal mail to The Democratic Party of Georgia, DNC Delegate Selection 2024, PO Box 89202, Atlanta, GA 30312

* We strongly request that you complete the form online. If you are unable, the three aforementioned methods of submission will be accepted and processed equally.

* Your Delegate forms must be RECEIVED by 5:00pm ET on the following dates. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule, and individuals may NOT be elected through floor nominations or as write-in candidates at Delegate elections:

• March 26, 2024, 5pm ET: Deadline to submit forms to run as District-Level Delegate
• April 9, 2024, 5pm ET: Deadline to submit forms to run as Party Leader & Elected Official (PLEO) Delegate 
• April 22, 2024, 5pm ET: Deadline to submit forms to run as At-Large Delegate

Georgia’s draft DELEGATE SELECTION PLAN determines how Georgia’s 123 Delegates and 9 Alternates will be selected.

This draft plan was available for public comment, July 17 – August 16, 2023.

The Democratic Party of Georgia’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DNC Affirmative Action) Committee reviewed, discussed, and incorporated public comments, and the DPG Executive Committee determined a final Delegate Selection Plan.
