While Perdue and Loeffler let over 200 days pass without relief, Sims touts Ossoff and Warnock’s commitment to putting Georgians first

ATLANTA — Today, State Senator Freddie Powell Sims held a press conference in Albany following Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler’s event with fellow self-serving Washington insider Senator Joni Ernst.

Sims highlighted both Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock’s commitment to putting Georgia families first in the Senate — unlike Perdue and Loeffler, who continue trying to distract from their growing ethical scandals while marching in lockstep with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to stall needed coronavirus relief.

“Self-serving politicians are not what we need in this country,” said Senator Sims. “We need individuals like Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock that care about everybody, and what happens to everybody.”
