What Deadlines and Information Georgians Need to Know

Today marks the final day for voters to vote early in person for the November municipal elections across Georgia. Any voter who has not yet voted can vote early in person at any location in their county.

Today is also the last day voters can take advantage of ballot drop boxes to submit their absentee ballots. After today, voters should bring their completed absentee ballot directly to their county registrar’s office by Election Day, Tuesday, November 2.

For voters who have already submitted their absentee ballots, they should check to see if their ballot was accepted. If it was not accepted, voters can call the Voter Protection Hotline for help curing their ballot.

We encourage all Georgians to make a plan to vote using the information below and on DPG’s website, and to call the Voter Protection Hotline at 1-888-730-5816 for any assistance.
