“Delegate Diaries” features real people in real-time

Georgia – State delegates to the Democratic National Convention are sharing this historic event by creating original content at the website DelegateDiaries.com.

“We have several contributors that will be updating the blog through September 9, the weekend after the Convention,” said Eric Gray, DPG Communications Director and fellow author on the site. “We want to share the real life experiences of regular Georgians as they embark on their Charlotte road-trip.”

The Democratic National Convention will culminate in President Obama’s acceptance speech on Thursday, September 6 at Bank of America Stadium. All of the Delegate Diaries authors will attend.

“Its real people detailing one of the greatest moments of their lives,” said Gray. “We’re not sure what to expect once we arrive in North Carolina and we want others to experience the event with us.”
