Just one day after blaming “socialist attacks” for her scandal, Loeffler doubles down on blaming everything but herself in desperate attempts at damage control
ATLANTA — Once again, unelected “political mega-donor” Senator Kelly Loeffler continues to demonstrate “a lesson in how not to manage a crisis” with a newly released interview today doubling down on her claims that that “socialism” and financial transparency laws are to blame for her coronavirus stock trading scandal.
In a sit-down with GPB’s Stephen Fowler, Loeffler claims that financial transparency laws were “used as a political weapon against me” and that “socialism” had to do with members of both parties criticizing her for her coronavirus stock trading.
Yet again, instead of taking responsibility herself, Loeffler and her campaign continue to blame just about everyone else for her scandal. As a reminder, here’s a list of everything and everyone Loeffler faults for the mess she made with her “timely trades”:
