Today in Monroe, GA-10 constituents protested outside of GOP U.S. Senate candidate Mike Collins’ district office as his campaign continues to be dogged by his “close ties” to white nationalism, the ongoing federal investigation into his illegal misuse of taxpayer dollars, and his commitment to back Donald Trump’s nearly $1.8 billion insurrectionist slush fund.
“Mike Collins has made it clear that he has no interest in serving the people of his district and has no business serving the people of Georgia,” said Democratic Party of Georgia Senior Communications Advisor Devon Cruz. “Between his close ties to white nationalism, his abuse of taxpayer dollars, and his support for payouts to violent thugs who attacked police officers, Collins is completely unfit to be the next United States Senator from the state of Georgia.”
