Today, Monday, April 25, is the last day for Georgians to register to vote or update their voter registration information before Georgia’s May 24 primary elections. 

Georgia Democrats urge all Georgians to visit My Voter Page at mvp.sos.ga.gov check their voter registration status, register to vote, or update their voter registration information if they have changed their address or legal name since last voting. Georgians can also register to vote at their county registrar’s office. 

Georgians can call the Voter Protection Hotline at 1-888-730-5816 for assistance.

“There is so much at stake in the midterm elections, and we need everyone’s voice heard,” said Congresswoman Nikema Williams, Chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia. “Though Georgia has an impressively high voter registration rate, there are still hundreds of thousands of eligible Georgians who are not yet registered to vote, and many who need to update their registration. All Georgians need to check their registration status today and then make a plan to vote in the May primary elections.”

Early in-person voting for the May primary elections begins Monday, May 2.
