• As a state Senator, Burt Jones voted in favor of Brian Kemp’s extreme 2019 abortion ban that they touted as “the toughest abortion bill in the country,” which would ban abortion before most people even know they are pregnant.

Jones supports a total abortion ban – even in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother’s life.

• At a Republican primary debate in May, Jones said he supports a “ban on all abortions, regardless of how far along the pregnancy is, how the pregnancy occurred or if the pregnancy risks the life of the mother.”
