In response to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger decision to unilaterally re-add third-party presidential candidates Cornel West, Claudia de la Cruz, and Jill Stein from Georgia ballots — in direct contravention of a judge’s ruling removing them — Democratic Party of Georgia Executive Director Tolulope Kevin Olasanoye released the following statement:

 “A judge affirmed that none of these candidates were qualified to be on the Georgia ballot. The Secretary of State ignored the judge’s ruling that found each party failed to play by the rules. State election law is clear, and we are exploring our options.”
