ATLANTA – Today, Democratic Party of Georgia Voter Protection Director Sara Tindall Ghazal issued the following statement following today’s court decision:

“We are disappointed in today’s court decision to ignore the significant voting machine irregularities in the 2018 election, and are concerned by the Secretary of State and local county boards’ unwillingness to get to the bottom of these anomalies. Public trust in our election system is vital to the health of our democracy. The Secretary of State’s fight to hide the programming on our voting machines and refusal to investigate more than 100,000 missing votes undermines that trust.”
