Today, following the news that Vice President Harris has selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be her running mate, DPG Chair Congresswoman Nikema Williams released the following statement:
“Vice President Harris chose the ideal running mate to unite our country, reinforce her record of fighting for working families, and help her take Donald Trump to task. The road to the White House runs directly through Georgia, and Georgia Democrats are united, fired up, and ready to take the Harris-Walz ticket across the finish line in November.”
