“Derek Dooley sucked. Tell us about it.”
Today, the Democratic Party of Georgia launched a brand new website, DerekDooley.com, with a billboard in Knoxville, Tennessee, down the street from the very university that fired Derek Dooley after a “disastrous” run as a loser head coach 14 years ago.
For over 25 years, Derek Dooley was completely absent from the state of Georgia, as he coached at rival schools, and bounced around from job to job after multiple failures.
With nearly two months until the May 19th primary, DerekDooley.com will serve as a tool for Tennesseans, former students, former players, locals, and anyone else, to share their stories about Derek Dooley.
“Derek Dooley is a loser who sucked and everyone knows that. Now that he wants to come back to Georgia and run for a Senate seat he is nowhere near qualified for, Georgians deserve to know more about his time out of state,” said Democratic Party of Georgia Senior Communications Advisor Devon Cruz.
