ATLANTA – Tonight, following news of the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Democratic Party of Georgia Chairwoman Nikema Williams released the following statement:
“Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a pioneer and champion of justice for the most marginalized among us. We are forever grateful for the rights she protected for every single American, and must fight at every level to protect her legacy. My thoughts are with her family, her friends, and every single person she inspired and fought for.
May she rest in peace and power, and may her memory be a blessing.”
