“Under President Obama, the United States led on combatting climate change by joining the Paris Climate Accord. By withdrawing from the agreement, Donald Trump joins only two other nations—Syria and Nicaragua—in denying climate science. This move endangers both our environment and our economy. It’s almost as if Trump wakes up every morning on a mission to find new ways to make an embarrassment of our country.” – DuBose Porter, Chair
