Following tonight’s U.S. Senate debate between Reverend Raphael Warnock and GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker, the Democratic Party of Georgia released the following statement:
“Tonight, the contrast between Reverend Warnock and Herschel Walker was on full display for Georgia voters, and the choice couldn’t be clearer,” said Congresswoman Nikema Williams, Chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia. “Georgians saw Reverend Warnock’s record of delivering for Georgia families – from capping the cost of insulin for seniors to standing up for our servicemembers and veterans – while Herschel Walker failed to answer for his record of lies, scams, bad policies, and disturbing conduct, showing Georgians yet again that he isn’t ready to represent us in the U.S. Senate.”
