As Georgians grapple with rising costs caused by Donald Trump’s tariffs and the looming threat of deep cuts to Medicaid, Georgia Republicans will descend on Atlanta tonight to grovel for MAGA megadonor cash and audition for Donald Trump’s blessing.

“Donald Trump’s extreme and dangerous policies, supported by Georgia Republicans, including GOP Senate candidates Buddy Carter and John King, are the reason every Georgian is dealing with rising costs and hundreds of thousands risk losing their health insurance,” said DPG spokesperson Alex Yerkey. “Rather than stand up against these devastating policies, tonight’s RNC fundraiser with J.D.
