The purpose of the AAPI Caucus is to:

• Educate and engage the Asian American and Pacific Islander American (AAPI) communities on the values and policies of the Democratic Party of Georgia
• Provide a forum to address the political concerns of the AAPI community and provide a voice for the these communities within the Democratic Party on all levels of government in Georgia
• Enhance AAPI participation and representation in the legislative, executive, judicial, and Democratic Party political processes; i.e., recruit, train, and support individuals of AAPI origin to run for public office and Democratic Party positions.
