To ensure a safe, organized, and respectful environment for all attendees, the following guidelines apply to photography and media activity during the Convention:

General Photography (Delegates & Attendees)
Attendees, including delegates and guests, are welcome to take photographs and short videos for personal, non-commercial use using mobile phones and standard handheld cameras in general convention areas.

Professional Equipment
Only credentialed media members may use professional photography or recording equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, or lighting equipment.

Bag Policy
Bags, backpacks, tote bags, and purses are permitted inside the convention venue. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. To help expedite the security screening process, attendees are encouraged to bring only essential items.

The Democratic Party of Georgia reserves the right to prohibit items deemed unsafe or disruptive and may require additional screening as necessary.

Restricted Areas
Access to designated media and restricted areas, including the spin room, green room, and backstage areas, is limited to approved and credentialed personnel.

Conduct & Compliance
The Convention reserves the right to restrict or revoke access for any individual who does not adhere to these guidelines.
